About this file
This document package includes architectural drawings and specifications for repair and renovation work at Malmstrom Air Force Base Dormitory 655 under Multiple Award Task Order Contract FA462619RA014. The project scope involves replacing all exterior windows and doors with blast-resistant units; replacing gutters and downspouts; providing new interior finishes, flooring, countertops and accessories; and upgrading mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems. Renovation work includes installing new plastic laminate cabinetry, solid surface countertops and shower pans, and ceramic tile floors and walls. Mechanical plans show locations for new dryer vents and a mop sink. Electrical drawings cover lighting, power, and communications upgrades. Structural, fire protection, and architectural drawings provide demolition, new construction, and renovation details.
