Emergency Response and Repair Standards (ERPR)
6. "On Time" standard based on original target completion date. Revisions to target completion dates must be coordinated with and have documented concurrence of the customer.
1. Availability is defined as a fully functional facility or infrastructure system where the interrupted service of a building system or infrastructure system does not impact the ability of the user to perform mission or day-to-day operations.
3. Emergency Repair Disposition is defined as identifying requirements to restore F/S/E/U to normal operating conditions, and initiating a new work order to be completed per Repair timetable.

5. Target completion dates for Corrective Maintenace and Repairs excludes the time from material ordered to material arrival. (i.e. 30 total days for completion in a facility - day 1 materials ordered, 20 days for material delivery/arrival, 29-days to complete work.)
2. Emergency Repair Response is defined as the time between the first emergency notification to the time the response team (work crew) is on installation and has received the work order.
