This file is an exhibit containing seniority, employee wage, and benefit progression information for the City of Phoenix's North and South Transit Facilities Fixed Route Services contract. The document establishes the wage scales and benefit structures that will apply to employees working on this fixed-route transit operations, maintenance, and facility support services contract. The contract is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2027, with an initial term of five years and one optional two-year extension period exercisable at the City's discretion. This exhibit serves as a critical component of the overall contract terms by defining the compensation framework and employee advancement criteria that the selected contractor must implement and maintain throughout the contract performance period.

The exhibit details the progression of employee wages and benefits based on seniority levels, establishing clear advancement pathways and compensation schedules that bidders must account for in their pricing proposals. This information is essential for contractors to accurately calculate labor costs and understand the long-term financial obligations associated with employee compensation throughout the contract term. The seniority-based wage and benefit structure ensures consistency in labor practices and protects employee compensation standards across the service delivery period, requiring bidders to incorporate these established rates into their cost proposals when competing for this significant transit services contract.
