About this file
This is a permit list exhibit prepared by the City of Phoenix for a fixed-route transit operations, maintenance, and facility support services contract. The document serves as supporting material for a sealed solicitation inviting qualified offerors to provide comprehensive transit services for the North and South Transit Facilities. The contract will commence on July 1, 2027, and will run for an initial five-year term with one two-year renewal option exercisable at the City's sole discretion. Offerors must submit sealed proposals through the City's Procurement Portal, with technical support available through the portal's support function or via procurement-support@opengov.com. The agreement will terminate upon completion of the initial term plus any exercised extensions, or upon termination pursuant to agreement provisions.
The permit list exhibit identifies specific permits required for operations at the North and South Transit Facilities, serving as a reference document for potential bidders to understand regulatory and compliance requirements associated with facility operations and maintenance activities. This exhibit enables offerors to accurately estimate costs and operational requirements related to permit acquisition, maintenance, and compliance throughout the contract period. The document supports the procurement process by establishing clear expectations regarding permits and authorizations that will be necessary for successful service delivery at both transit facility locations.
