About this file
This is an Exhibit D Deliverables and Milestones Table for RFP 26-014-280 issued by the State of California Department of Technology, specifically for the development and implementation of WaterTAP, a system for the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and Division of Drinking Water (DDW). The deliverables are organized into twelve groups spanning project management, design and development, system interfaces, data management and conversion, testing, organizational change management, configuration and release management, security and data protection, product stabilization, maintenance and operations, software deliverables, and system support transition. Each deliverable group contains specific tasks with detailed descriptions requiring contractor confirmation of ability to provide through yes/no responses. Key milestones include solution implementation, interface development, data conversion activities, testing completion, training delivery, configuration implementation, final system acceptance, and system transition to maintenance and operations support.
The document does not contain pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, funding sources, or contract term specifics. The deliverables table serves as a standardized checklist for bidders to confirm their capacity to deliver all required components across the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through post-implementation support and knowledge transfer. Successful completion of all deliverables is contingent upon contractor adherence to the project schedule and alignment with the State's implementation preferences and security standards, including NIST 800-53 compliance and California State Information Management Manual (SIMM) requirements.
