Discipline 4 PM Resume- Not Proposed.pdf

This is a resume document for Discipline 4 that is marked as "Not Proposed" for the Arizona Department of Transportation's On Call Transit Consultant Services RFP (solicitation number BPM007068). The RFP seeks to establish multiple contracts for multimodal transit consulting services across six primary disciplines: Transit Planning Studies, Transit Planning Tasks, Transit Operations Planning, Transit Operations Tasks, Strategic Planning, and Coordination and Mobility Management Projects. Contractors will provide services on an as-needed basis through individual task assignments over an initial twelve-month contract term with potential extension up to forty-eight months total. The proposal submission deadline is September 10, 2025. The procurement structure allows ADOT to access specialized transit consulting services flexibly throughout the contract period, with work focused on supporting rural and small urban transit services, transportation for elderly and disabled populations, and transit planning initiatives across Arizona.

Reimbursement will be provided based on hourly rates for actual work performed, with each task assignment detailing specific scopes of work, expected deliverables, and performance metrics. The solicitation establishes a 0.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contract goal, though DBE participation is encouraged. The contract will be funded through federal transit programs including FTA Sections 5311, 5310, and 5305. Eligible respondents include federally recognized tribal agencies, councils of governments, metropolitan planning organizations, non-profits, local governments, and transit authorities. The fact that this particular Discipline 4 resume is marked "Not Proposed" indicates that the submitting firm did not propose personnel resources for this specific discipline within their response.
