Task Assignment #HW011A NAM Sampling and PFAS Screening

DATE: December 16, 2022

This Task Assignment authorizes ECT to conduct annual NAM sampling and PFAS Screening at Koretizing Cleaners II in accordance with the 12/13/22 Scope of Work and Cost Estimate. NAM sampling for VOHs will occur at MW002, MW004, MW006, MW008, MW009, MW017 and MW011 (if it can be located). PFAS screening will occur at MW002, MW005, MW009, MW011, and MW015, using the FDEP Lab. ECT will provide an email deliverable consisting of the PFAS analytical results and a table and figure summarizing the results, as well as the field notes and sampling logs. ECT will also provide a NAM Report summarizing all of the results and include conclusions and recommendations for future site activities.

Annual NAM sampling was last conducted in June of 2021 by Earth Systems. Additional time is included in this Task Assignment for ECT to recreate base maps, figures, tables and a site-specific health and safety plan as well as completing a new site access agreement prior to conducting sampling.

The FDEP Project Manager agrees to the scope of work and final cost associated with this Task Assignment. Negotiations were not needed as the proposal costs are accurate for the scope of work. The final cost for this Task Assignment is $8,467.32.
