This Task Assignment authorizes ECT to perform the annual natural attenuation monitoring and to prepare an Annual Natural Attenuation Monitoring Report for the

Koretizing Cleaners I site in Jacksonville, Florida in accordance with the December 1, 2022, Scope of Work, and Cost Estimate.

ECT confirmed on December 1, 2022, that subtask 1 consists of the calculated project management labor, based upon 13% of the direct labor costs in this proposal, and includes fringe, overhead, other direct costs (ODCs) and completion fees.

As a part of subtask 2, ECT will create a Health and Safter Plan for the Site. Additionally, a new site access agreement is needed to perform work at the site.

ECT proposes to collect depth to water measurements and groundwater samples at recovery wells RW004, RW005, RW007, and monitoring wells MW007, MW-008, MW009. All groundwater samples including the investigation derived waste (IDW) purge water will be analyzed by United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Method 8260 for the volatile organic halogens (VOHs).

The FDEP Project Manager agrees to the scope of work and final cost associated with this Task Assignment. The final cost for this Task Assignment is $8,005.14 with 50.36 labor hours.
