Re: Non-Hazardous Drum Disposal – State of Florida
Mr. Sattler:
The price for the transportation and disposal (T&D) of drums of non-hazardous soil, mud and water located in the State of Florida is listed below.
Non-Hazardous Drums:
Description Rate Unit
False Mobilization (No drum found) $ 85.00 Per Stop
T&D - Non-Haz Soil $ 110.00 Per Drum
T&D – Non-Haz Mud or Water $ 125.00 Per Drum
The prices listed are all inclusive without any additional fees or charges (fuel surcharge, low volume stop fee etc.) and are valid for all regions in the State of Florida except for the Florida Keys. Pricing for sites located in the Florida Keys will be bid on a case-by-case basis dependent on the volume of drums and the location.
Please ensure that all drum lids are properly secured and that drums are on a level surface like the surrounding area (i.e., not on a pallet, etc.). A single False Mobilization fee will apply if our driver is not able to locate any drum on site.
This quote is valid for 180 days.
Respectfully, Robert Donado Erwin Remediation, Inc.

Contract No. HW682
Dear Ms. Shirah:
Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) has prepared this scope of work to perform the annual natural attenuation monitoring and to prepare an Annual Natural Attenuation Monitoring
Report and PFAS screening for the Walgreens Store site in Jacksonville, Florida.
Subtask 1 – Project Management
This SubTask consists of the calculated project management labor, based upon 13% of the direct labor costs in this proposal, and includes fringe, overhead, other direct costs (ODCs) and completion fees.
SubTask 2 Scope of Work
As a part of SubTask 2 ECT proposes to conduct the tasks necessary to complete the natural attenuation monitoring, consisting of measuring depth to water (DTW) from monitoring wells MW004, MW010, and MW014 and collecting groundwater samples from monitoring wells MW011 and MW012.
All groundwater samples will be analyzed by United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA)
Method 8260 for volatile organic halogens (VOHs) by a certified National Environmental Accreditation
Program certified laboratory. The groundwater sampling event is tentatively scheduled for October
2023. There is a current site access agreement in place to perform field activities offsite.
If the laboratory analytical results indicate that an investigation derived waste (IDW) samples are below PFAS criteria or if is classified as hazardous, a change order will be submitted to address proper
T&D. A summary of activities in SubTask 2 is included in Table 1. The IDW subcontractor quotes are included in Attachment 1.
