Cat 2 Area Lead 4 Supervisory / leadership role. Provides planning, direction, and coordination functions of multiple, concurrent task orders to ensure performance requirements and objectives are accomplished. Responsible for cost, schedule, and performance. High School Diploma (or GED) 16 General experience must include 8 years directly related experience and 5 years in management or leadership roles.

Cat 3 Area Lead 3 Supervisory / leadership role. Performs planning, direction, and coordination functions of a designated Task Order to ensure contract performance requirements and objectives are accomplished. Responsible for cost, schedule, and performance. Monitors and controls expenditures within limitations of task order budget. High School Diploma (or GED) 12 General experience must include 6 years directly related experience and 3 years in management or leadership roles.

Cat 4Area Lead 2Supervisory / leadership role. Performs day-to-day management of assigned projects that involve teams of engineers, analysts, scientists, and management professionals involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. Demonstrates proven skills in those technical areas addressed by the task order to be managed. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all activities associated with assigned task order projects.

Cat 5 Area Lead 1 Organizes and controls projects to ensure that all project obligations are fulfilled in an effective and timely manner. Monitors schedules, work plans and funds and resources. Cat 6 Administrative Technician 4 Supervisory / leadership role. Plans and coordinates scheduling activities involving systems, projects or tasks. Analyzes interdependencies between related projects. Performs configuration management functions and other engineering support functions. Produces management plans, technical documents, and presentation graphics. Integrates graphics. Baselines the program's technology refresh and support requirements. Applies an enterprise-wide set of disciplines and processes for planning, analyzing, designing, constructing, and implementing information engineering for complex systems. Ensures technological rigor in the analysis and computational techniques and methodologies for problem solutions. Oversees all Risk Management Framework (RMF) process adherence. User/Manager with familiarity in one or more of the following programming applications/domains: Visual Studio, .NET, Visual C#, Visual C++, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) for Developers, (ISC)2 Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Google Apps for Business Certified Deployment Specialist (CDS), Oracle APEX, Cloud era, Red Hat; Extensive knowledge of modern software development techniques, e.g., AGILE. Cat 26 IT Strategist The IT strategist is responsible for creating strategic plans for technology and business services. The role contributes to corporate strategy and diagnoses and shapes business needs based on a deep understanding of organizational business model and sources of competitive advantage. The role also collaborates with technology brokers to identify strategic and innovative uses of technology to drive growth and performance. The IT Strategist is responsible for cost-benefit and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses, as well as determining several possible Enterprise implementation strategies for new solutions. The IT strategist is highly experienced in database design, emerging technologies, managing information systems, E-commerce, project management, networks and communications, systems analysis, and systems design. Representative technical certifications at this level may include: Computer Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Project Management Professional, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert. High School Diploma (or GED) 18 General experience must include 10 years related experience in IT management, line of business management, And/or corporate strategy roles

Cat 27 Enterprise Architect The enterprise architect (EA) plays an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company’s technology strategy, processes, and information technology roadmap. The architect partners with both business and technology groups to ensure that the proposed technical solutions not only align with the company’s overall objectives, but also ensures that both groups enable and drive each other to meet the needs of the company’s mission and vision. The IT Solutions Architect builds and delivers Federal Enterprise Architecture and DoD Architecture Framework compliant technical reference architecture in support of business needs. Representative technical certifications at this level may include: Open Group Certified Architect, IASA's Certified IT Architect, EACOE Architect Certifications, Certified SOA Architect, and FEAC's Certified Enterprise Architect. High School Diploma (or GED) 18 General experience must include 10 years of building enterprise architecture roadmaps.

AND

One commercially recognized IT Architecture certification

AND

Ability to qualify for certification at the IASAE-III level within 30 days of hire (IAW DoD 8570.01-M)

Cat 28 Information Architect The information architect develops and maintains information architecture for the organization to enable knowledge worker productivity, improve customer experience and business decision making with accurate, timely, and consistent information. The role works with enterprise and service architects, technology brokers, business partners, and external service providers to ensure that new capabilities comply with the information architecture. The information architect is an expert in Requirements Analysis, Planning, Database Management, Problem Solving, Data Modeling, Strategic Planning, Ad Hoc Reporting, and Data Maintenance. Representative technical certifications at this level may include: EMC: Data Science Associate, Oracle Business Intelligence, and SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst. High School Diploma (or GED) 16 General experience must include 8 years experience in developing information architecture or performing as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or equivalent roles

AND

One commercially recognized IT Architecture certification

AND

Ability to qualify for certification at the IASAE-II level within 30 days of hire (IAW DoD 8570.01-M)

Cat 29 Service Manager The service manager is responsible for developing and delivering one or more end-to-end services within an integrated portfolio group of services. The role is accountable for designing, building, pricing, and enhancing the service within the portfolio, as well as service delivery and cost recovery. The role also works with business unit leadership to understand the business outcomes of the service, and with architects, technology brokers, and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies. The service manager tracks service KPIs to drive ongoing improvements in service delivery performance (i.e., service level management). Representative technical certifications at this level may include: ITIL Expert Certification, ISACA Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), ISACA Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance Professional (GRCP), and BCS IT Governance & InfoSec Foundation. High School Diploma (or GED) 12 General experience must include 6 years of IT project management and requirements derivation.

ITILv3 certification(s) (Foundations plus one specialty)

Cat 30 IT Business Analyst The IT business analyst acts as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed. The business analyst is an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes the technology demand among the business community. Representative technical certifications at this level may include: ITIL V3 Foundations and Service Strategy, Microsoft MCSA & MCSE: Windows Server, and Cisco Certified Design Professional. High School Diploma (or GED) 8 General experience must include 4 years of IT project management and requirements derivation.

AND

ITILv3 certification(s) (Foundations plus one specialty) Cat 31 IT Solutions Engineer 3 The IT Solutions Engineer partners with the Enterprise, Information, and Cloud Architects to design technical solutions aligned with reference architectures in support of customer requirements. Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
