A. CDRL MODULE
1. Overview: The CDRL Module provides a secure mechanism for submitting, receiving, reviewing and accepting contract deliverables. The system provides dashboards, metrics, automated workflow messages, process status indicators, and a complete tracking solution from delivery to acceptance of contract deliverables.
2. CDRL Module URL: https://members.lcmp.af.mil/peocscss/Data/Default.aspx
3. Accessing the System: Contractors will need a sponsor, usually the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). All offsite individuals requesting access to the CDRL Module must provide the information listed at https://members.lcmp.af.mil/LCMPHELP/wiki/13/oem-contractor-gaining-access to the PEO CS & CSS Lifecycle Management Process (LCMP) Team at usarmy.detroit.peo-cs-css.list.lcmp-team@mail.mil or via DoD SAFE:
Once this information is validated, the contractor receives a URL link from the LCMP Team to an account request website.
Account requests are automatically routed to the LCMP Team. Direct any questions to LCMP Team via the following:
Website: https://members.lcmp.af.mil/sites/peocscss/
Email: usarmy.detroit.peo-cs-css.list.lcmp-team@mail.mil
4. Security Provisions: The CDRL Module is for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and below contract submissions only.
There are multiple security provisions implemented by the Life Cycle Management Process Integrated Data Environment (LCMP- IDE). First, role-based access controls are maintained for high-level groupings of information stored in the system. Second, entity-level permissions provide fine-grained permission trimming on individual records and their related metadata. This ensures that all supported program personnel can access needed information while protecting sensitive data. LCMP-IDE provides security services using industry standard LDAP directory services and X.509 certificates with an enterprise public key infrastructure (PKI). LCMP-IDE uses the secure socket layer protocol to send encrypted transactions between client web browsers and the web server.
5. Computing Requirements: The CDRL Module is user-friendly, web based application that is accessible using a standard web browser. Contractors may authentication using DoD approved Common Access Cards (CACs), External Certificate Authorities (ECAs) and Federal Bridge Certificates Authorities (FBCAs). Role-based access controls are utilized to ensure separation of data.
B. ACE WINDCHILL
1. 1. Overview: ACE will be used as an information sharing and collaboration environment that provides controlled, distributed access to all unclassified related program and product information. TARDEC-ACE provides a general-purpose document management capability that supports access control, configuration control, associated attachments/references, and life-cycle states with automated workflow for update, routing, review, and release.
2. ACE URL. https://ace2.tacom.army.mil/
3. Accessing the System: All users are required to have an AKO email account, request access at https://www.us.army.mil.
Contractors will need a sponsor, usually the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). All offsite individuals requesting access to the ACE must complete both the ACE Access Request Form and National Agency Check Form or in-process clearance request forms (located at https://ace2.tacom.army.mil/newuser/ ). The ACE Access Request Form should be completed by the requesting individual and e-mailed to the Windchill Support mailbox ace.support@conus.army.mil from your AKO account. Upon receipt and validation of the completed forms, the validation and account creation process will take up to 3-5 business days for contractors with a favorable national security check. If the contractor does not have a security clearance on file, the process may take up to 10-15 business days. The individual will be notified of their account creation via their AKO account. Direct any questions to Windchill Support, ace.support@conus.army.mil or 586-764-3099.
4. Security Provisions: ACE will only include unclassified information (FOUO and below). There are multiple security provisions implemented by the Government for the TARDEC ACE. First, role-based access controls are maintained for all pieces of information stored in the system. This ensures that all supported program personnel can access needed information while protecting proprietary and export-controlled data. ACE provides security services using industry standard LDAP directory services and X.509 certificates with an enterprise public key infrastructure (PKI). The ACE uses the secure socket layer protocol to send encrypted transactions between client web browsers and the web server.
5. Computing Requirements: All of the ACE applications are web based and provide a feature-rich, user-friendly navigation environment that requires minimal client software installation or user training. Using a standard web browser that supports 128-bit encryption, a user is able to access the data sets related to their efforts.
