About this file
This document provides an overview of the Army's Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRL) module for submitting contract deliverables. Key details include:
- The module allows contractors to submit deliverables electronically, track status, request extensions, and resubmit rejected deliverables. Contractors gain access by completing cyber awareness training and signing forms, then receive a dashboard for managing deliverables. The document outlines the submission process, including selecting deliverables, attaching files, and notification emails. It also describes creating optional "on-demand" deliverables and functions like viewing details and history. Potential issues are addressed through outage notifications to users.
The related opportunity is a solicitation from the Army Materiel Command seeking a commercial off-the-shelf Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV) capable of arctic and amphibious operations. It anticipates a single-award, firm-fixed-price requirements contract over seven potential years for production units, spare parts, and contractor logistics support.

On occasion, the government may allow the OEM Contractor to submit On-Demand CDRL. On- Demand CDRLs allow the OEM Contractor to create and submit contract deliverables at will. Examples: Component First Article Test (CFAT) Plans and Reports, Meeting Agendas, Meeting Minutes, STS deliverables.
