About this file

This document is a project specification for the renovation of the Albion Armory in Calhoun County, Michigan. The project involves compliance with limitations on use of public streets, work hours, existing utility interruptions, noise and disruptions, and employee screening requirements. The project also includes allowances for carpet, contingency, and concrete testing. Alternates are requested, and submittal procedures, contract modification procedures, and payment procedures are detailed. The project is being managed by the Architect, and the work is to be completed by the Contractor within the specified timeframe.

The contract documents provide pricing and administrative requirements, including schedule of values, applications for payment, and construction progress documentation. The project does not appear to have any set-aside requirements, and there is no information provided about incumbents or funding sources. The key focus is on the scope of work, submittal and coordination requirements, and project management processes between the Architect, Contractor, and Owner.
