In accordance with A.R.S. § 41-2502 A.A.C. R2-7-10, Written Determinations and the Arizona Procurement Code R2-7-103, Confidential Information, a Procurement Officer shall, upon receipt of an Offeror’s submission of information designated as “confidential” determine whether such submission is confidential or whether the information may be disclosed.
