About this file

This document is an amendment to an evaluation criteria guide that specifies the questions and assessment standards evaluators will apply when reviewing proposals for each evaluation factor in the Kawuneeche Visitor Center rehabilitation project at Rocky Mountain National Park. The amendment outlines the detailed criteria that will be used to score vendor responses, establishing the benchmarks against which proposals will be measured during the evaluation process. Rather than describing specific products or services, pricing, or contract terms, this file serves as an internal evaluation tool to ensure consistent and transparent assessment of all proposals submitted in response to solicitation 140P2026R0057. The document functions as a reference document for the evaluation panel and establishes the standardized questions and performance standards that will guide the scoring methodology for each technical and management factor included in the solicitation.
