All contractor personnel require minimum Tier 1 security clearances per HSPD-12, Common Access Cards where applicable, and mandatory completion of DoD Level I Antiterrorism, Information Assurance, OPSEC, INFOSEC, CUI, TARP, Sexual Harassment and Assault training, and food safety certifications. Service Contract Act prevailing wage determination 2015-4631 applies. A Collective Bargaining Agreement (Laborers' Local Union 559) covering non-supervisory food service and clerical employees is in effect through September 30, 2024, with wage rates ranging $14.97–$17.22 per hour, health insurance at $4.54 per hour, and retirement contributions at $5.94 per hour. A CBA modification prohibits scheduling two or more immediate family members on the same shift within the same facility and mandates 30-minute unpaid meal periods for shifts exceeding four hours.

Staffing categories include First Cook, Second Cook, Third Cook, Ration Clerk, Headcount Clerk, Secretary/Typist, Shift Leader, and Dining Facility Attendants across operating hours 0500–2000.
