The addendum establishes wage rates and employee benefits effective December 15, 2025, through December 14, 2026, with corresponding rates for December 15, 2026.
The wage classifications and rates include nine position categories ranging from Headcount Clerk at $18.60 per hour to First Cook at $21.24 per hour (as of December 15, 2025), with modest increases scheduled for the following year. Health insurance contributions are set at $5.56 per hour, with alternative cash-in-lieu options of $5.13 per hour available. Retirement benefits are provided at $1.10 per hour for each hour paid. The agreement specifies 11 paid holidays plus additional days declared by the employer as legal holidays, vacation accrual of 10 days after one year increasing to 20 days after 10 years, and provision of 5 uniforms for full-time employees and 3 uniforms for part-time employees. Paid personal leave accrues at one hour per 29 hours worked for employees with less than one year of service, scaling to one hour per 21.66 hours for those with 11+ years of service. Funeral leave provides three days for immediate family members subject to employer approval, and jury duty compensation follows Alabama State Law. The agreement was executed on November 2, 2026, by representatives from both Local 559 LIUNA and Southern Foodservice Management, Inc.
