SECTION 013200 – PROGRESS SCHEDULES AND

REPORTS

PART 1 – GENERAL

1.1 PROGRESS SCHEDULE

A. An AF Form 3064, Contract Progress Schedule, shall be provided by the Contractor to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days of receipt of Notice To Proceed (NTP). A courtesy copy shall also be provided to the COTR and A&E. Revise progress schedule as required and directed by the Contracting Officer. An initial Schedule of Values will also be submitted with the initial Progress Schedule.

B. The work shall be scheduled so that, upon the start of construction, work progresses in a continuous and diligent manner. A schedule which does not reflect steady and reasonable progress throughout the construction period will be rejected. No less than 30 percent of the required work shall be scheduled to be complete in the first half of the construction period, and not more than 5 percent of the required work shall be scheduled to be completed within the last 10 percent of the construction period.

C. Construction time includes typical inclement weather, completion of punch list items, inspection for final certification, and final cleaning.

1.2 PROGRESS REPORTS

A. An AF Form 3065, Contract Progress Report, shall be provided by the Contractor to the Contracting Officer on the 15th and last day of each month.

B. Progress reports are required of both the Contractor and the COTR covering the period from Notice to Proceed through final inspection.

1.3 SUPPLEMENTS

A. The supplements listed below, provided by Government, are part of this Specification:

1. AF Form 3064—Contract Progress Schedule.

2. AF Form 3065—Contract Progress Report.
