About this file
This attachment is a Projected Service Calls document for Region 1, providing a detailed breakdown of anticipated maintenance service calls for bidding purposes. The projection shows $210,000 (35%) allocated to HVAC service calls and $390,000 (65%) for other than HVAC service calls, totaling 480 urgent/routine service calls with zero emergency service calls. Examples of potential service calls include HVAC malfunctions, plumbing issues (stopped up fixtures), water heater leaks, gutter/downspout damage, and door or door closer failures. The document specifies that the contractor must respond within specified time limits for emergency, urgent, or routine service calls and make repairs up to the authorized service call order amount, with actual funding subject to government adjustment based on actual issued amounts.

PROJECTED SERVICE CALLS
The following table provides a projection for the service call work that should be expected, for bidding purposes only, to occur annually across the Region’s sites. The number of projected calls at each site and the mix of HVAC/Other than HVAC, and Emergency/Urgent/Routine calls may vary. The dollars and percent breakout of service call work is based on recent actuals. The Government may not issue all service call and other direct costs for a given year. The Government will reduce the number of hours and other direct costs to reflect the actual issued amount and de-obligate the excess funding for the unused portion at the end of each year.
