ATTACHMENT S
ENGINEERING DATA FOR PROVISIONING REQUIREMENTS
A. The Prime Provisioning Activity (PPA) for this effort is AFSC 406 SCMS/GULAB-Tinker.
Physical address is identified in Block 16, E-mail gbmsp.Provisioning@us.af.mil.
B. Developmental costs are not to be charged for EDFP that is equivalent to approved, in-process or incomplete product engineering drawings only costs necessary for reproduction and assemblage.
C. CDRL Block 12. Submission to be concurrent with delivery of Provisioning Technical
Documentation (PTD) to PPA. If complete sets are not provided, identify missing EDFP and provide required sets of this EDFP to the PPA 30 days prior to Spares Provisioning Conference
(SPC) or as required by the PPA. All sets of EDFP are to be delivered in PLISN sequence. A cover sheet with the Name of Equipment/Item Being Provisioned (Acronyms defined), Contract
Number, CAGE Code, PCC, PCCN, SCC, & Contact Information on the first page of each individual drawing is required.
D. EDFP is required for each first appearance, non-stock listed support item. EDFP is required for each first appearance, stock listed (NSN) support item that does not have a full descriptive
Type Item Identification (Type 1, 1A or 1B). Both EDFP requirements listed here are regardless of SMR code (Source, Maintenance, Recoverability) appearing on all types of PTD, unless directed otherwise by the PPA.
E. Regardless of "Limited Rights" claims, the prime contractor and all sub-vendors shall provide required data, translated to the English language, for the express purpose of identifying, government source coding, and cataloging items with a full description. Letters of refusal must clearly state reason(s) for refusal to provide the data requirements levied and recommend alternate methods of furnishing required EDFP to the PPA.
F. CDRL Block 14:
F.1 Electronic EDFP submittals are required. Delivery media shall be: CD +/-R, DVD +/-R or e-mail. Note: CD +/-RW and DVD +/- RW are not acceptable. PPA e-mail address for delivery gbmsp.Provisioning@us.af.mil. DLA-LIS e-mail address for delivery is DLISPSO@dla.mil.
F.1.1 PPL, LLIL, SFPPL, CBIL & RIB: Electronic EDFP submittals are required to be delivered simultaneously with PTD to the PPA (two (2) sets) and DLA-LIS (one (1) set).
F.1.2 DCN: Two (2) sets of EDFP electronic submittals is required to be delivered to the PPA.
F.2 Acceptable electronic EDFP media format are:

F.2.4 Each whole piece of tech data is to be saved in its entirety under one multi-page file.
F.2.5 All tech data files will be named in the following format: PLISN Part Number (e.g. using
A936 as PLISN and 10B520 as Part Number: A936 10B520.PDF). Be sure to have a single space between PLISN and Part Number as this is the established standardized “naming” convention requirement for DLA LIS’ internal server data storage and retrieval system-process.
F.3. Outside labels of all electronic EDFP transmittal documents, including the subject line of emails, are to contain: Name of Provisioning Effort/Contract Number/PCC/PCCN/SCC/Contact
Information.
G. One (1) set of EDFP shall be made available by Prime Contractor for PTD for which a SPC will be held. This set of EDFP will be retained after conference by the Prime Contractor until
PPA advises provisioning is complete.
In the event EDFP submittal deliveries are to be made to a secured program specific electronic site (Contractor or Government), a transmittal notification will be concurrently forwarded to the
PPA via e-mail at gbmsp.Provisioning@us.af.mil.
