ATTACHMENT O
FIRM FIXED PRICE INSPECTION AND REPAIR REQUIREMENTS
The Contractor shall provide labor for common repair actions that may be performed during the course of an engine repair. These tasks consist of standard labor practices to include;
disassembly, cleaning, visual and dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing, reassembly, test and shipping. Prices do not cover material, specific repair actions, or detailed analytical investigation/evaluation. Engine repair workscope and material requirements will be negotiated on a per-occurrence basis.
1. Receiving Inspection – perform tasks required to verify receipt and assess the received condition of the engine and assess readiness for diagnostic test cell run (if needed)
2. Tear Down and Inspection – perform tasks required to disassemble and inspect engine in order to determine cause of defect(s) and to propose the required repair workscope.
3. Diagnostic Test Cell Run – perform tasks required to assess engine performance and support formulation of proposed repair workscope
4. Acceptance Test Cell Run - perform tasks required to assess engine performance in order to verify proper engine operation and verify successful repair action(s)
5. Removal – perform tasks required to remove these components/modules from the engine:
a. Quick Engine Change kit
b. Gearbox
c. Fan/Low Pressure Compressor
d. High Pressure Compressor
e. Combustor
f. Low Pressure Turbine
g. High Pressure Turbine
6. Installation – perform tasks required to install these components/modules onto the engine:
a. Quick Engine Change kit
b. Gearbox
c. Fan/Low Pressure Compressor
d. High Pressure Compressor
e. Combustor
f. Low Pressure Turbine
g. High Pressure Turbine
7. Disassembly/Reassembly – perform tasks required to disassemble and reassemble these components/modules to facilitate repair action(s):
a. Gearbox
b. Fan/Low Pressure Compressor
c. High Pressure Compressor
d. Combustor

8. Change Handedness Configuration – perform tasks required to change a left hand configured
CERP Engine into right hand configuration, or vice versa.
9. Top Half Engine – perform tasks required to disassemble/assemble top portion of engine to expose components inside the case and facilitate repair action(s)
