1. Reference Documents. The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.
2. Format. The RFV shall be in one of the following formats:
a. DD Form 1694, Request for Variance (RFV),
b. The schema required by the Acquirer’s Integrated Data Environment (IDE), or
c. The Supplier’s preferred format.
3. Content. The RFV shall contain all the information in DD Form 1694.
