About this file
This document is a sole source justification for the acquisition of parking facilities and electric vehicle charging services. The Treasury Office of Inspector General's Office of Investigations requires a parking garage within close proximity that provides 24/7 access and unlimited overnight parking for 40 vehicles. The facility must include at minimum Level 1 and Level 2 electric vehicle charging capabilities. Pro Park, Inc. is identified as the only vendor that can meet these requirements, including allowing direct and unimpeded access for law enforcement vehicles. The estimated value of the acquisition is $224,640. The justification was approved by the requiring activity and contracting officer based on the unique ability of Pro Park, Inc. to fulfill the specialized needs of the Treasury OIG for secure parking and electric vehicle services.

OIs Special Agents, located nearest this specific location, are provided with individually assigned law enforcement government owned vehicles (GOV’s) to accomplish their mission for which they are responsible. The parking facility must not block in or take keys for our law enforcement vehicles.
5. Any other information.
TOIG attempted to obtain pricing from various vendors, however Pro Park, Inc. is the only lot that can accommodate the requirements of our law enforcement vehicles and allows quick and direct access.
