About this file
This document is an Offeror Responsibility Information attachment to solicitation 140R2026R0006 from the Department of Interior, serving as a template for contractors to demonstrate their capability to meet FAR Part 9 responsibility standards.
The attachment requires offerors to complete three primary sections. The Existing Commitments section requests detailed information on all ongoing contracts held by the offeror or major subcontractors, including contract number and amount, description and location, performing entity, performance period, and percentage subcontracted. The Equipment and Personnel section requires offerors to identify labor categories and specify the number of employees needed versus available to perform the contract work, with explanations required if availability falls short of need. Similarly, offerors must identify equipment needed and available, with explanations of how any equipment shortages will be addressed. The document emphasizes that all submitted information will be treated as confidential by the Government and serves as supporting documentation for the Contracting Officer's responsibility determination prior to contract award.
