NOTICE NO. 9
280. Amendment 8, ATTACHMENT J-0401060-03 ESTIMATED QUANTITIES
Amendment 8, ATTACHMENT J-0401060-03 ESTIMATED QUANTITIES, is missing estimated quantities data for 3.4 Aircraft Ramp/Related Facilities, while Spec Item 3.4 remains (annex 0401060, page 7 of 7, Amd 8). This was just added in Amendment 7 as "Site 6: One (1) unarmed guard, 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week." Did the Government intend to remove 3.4 Aircraft Ramp/Related
Facilities in Amendment 8?
Answer: Spec Item 3.4 was inadvertently removed from Amendment 08. Please see Amendment 09 which reinserts the estimated quantity for Spec Item 3.4.
281. Annex 1002000, Retail Quantity Lists for Mini Sari-Sari stores at Site 4 and Site 6
Annex 1002000 – SUPPLY SERVICES, Page 1 of 2, Attachment J-1002000-05 MINI SARI-SARI
STORE OPERATIONS ITEMS issued with Amendment 08 states "NOTE: This is a representative list of items that could be offered; per Spec Item 3.5, the Contractor shall develop a list for approval by the
Government designated representative (via the KO). On average, more than 60% of items sold at Sites 1 and 1A were sold at Site 1." In addition to Sites 1 and 1A, ATTACHMENT J-1002000-03 ESTIMATED
QUANTITIES, Amendment 08, lists 1 outlet at Site 4 (open 9 hours/day, 6 days/week) and 1 outlet at
Site 6 (open 9 hours/day, 6 days/week). However, the Government did not provide an average retail quantity listing for these sites.
Answer: The Contractor is required to provide mini Sari-Sari store operations for Government personnel, therefore, offerors should refer to the estimated population of government personnel for the various sites.
The contractor is responsible for adjusting their Sari-Sari inventory to meet the customer's needs and for ensuring adequate funds are available to support change funds for each Mini Sari-Sari Store outlet.
282. Plug numbers for Annex 1503000, Spec Items 3.1 and 3.5

Can the Government confirm that the contractor is to only provide $60,000 for each spec item stated 3.1 and 3.5? Also, will the Government confirm that this is the only requirement and that the contractor is not required to provide any labor at this time in support of these two spec items?
