“The Offeror shall submit a combined total of five (5) projects that demonstrate their ability to successfully perform the proposed effort.”

(9) Revised Section M.1, at Factor 2, Corporate Experience, at the first paragraph, third sentence:
“The minimum standard for Corporate Experience has been met when the offeror has demonstrated adequate experience in successfully performing a combined five (5) recent and relevant project of similar size, scope, and complexity to this requirement.”
Replace with:
“The minimum standard for Corporate Experience has been met when the offeror has demonstrated adequate experience in successfully performing at least three (3) recent relevant multi-function projects with a value of $15 million or more per year. Single-function projects must have a value of $4 million or more per year.”
(10) Removed clause DFARS 252.215-7009 Proposal Adequacy Checklist from Section L.
The proposal due date remains unchanged: 1 July 2021, 2:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
