About this file
The file is a Safety Data Sheet (Exhibit E) for the N62473-25-R-3443 solicitation related to the Low Altitude Radio Communication System (LARCS) Communication Towers Contract. The document requires offerors to provide comprehensive safety data covering five previous calendar years, specifically OSHA Days Away from Work, Restricted Duty, or Job Transfer (DART) rates and Total Case Rates (TCR) for 2020-2024. Offerors must explain any DART rates of 3.0 or higher and TCR rates of 4.5 or greater, including extenuating circumstances and corrective actions.
The associated federal contract opportunity is an unrestricted, full and open Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Design-Build contract for constructing and modernizing communication towers for the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command in Twentynine Palms, California. The project involves building new communication towers and restoring existing ones in remote, helicopter-accessible locations without existing utilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing necessary site utilities, and the project requires coordination with multiple Department of Defense commands, with Naval Sea Systems Command providing communication infrastructure support and oversight for installation, testing, and system acceptance.
