About this file
This is a Construction and Design Experience Project Data Sheet template used to document and demonstrate relevant project experience for federal construction and design contracts. Offerors must complete this attachment to provide evidence of past performance on projects similar to the requirements of the solicitation.
The form requires offerors to identify up to five construction projects and five design projects, with detailed information for each submission. For each project, offerors must provide the firm name, contact information, UEI, contract number, award and completion dates, work scope (new construction, renovation, repair, or alteration), and contract type (Firm-Fixed Price, Cost/Time and Material, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, IDIQ, or other). Offerors must specify their role as prime contractor, subcontractor, or joint venture partner, and indicate the percentage of work performed. The form requires a detailed project description including relevance to RFP requirements, unique features, square footage, construction methods, sustainable features, and LEED certifications where applicable. Additionally, offerors must describe the specific work their firm self-performed on each project. This template is designed to support the Navy's MACC solicitation (N6247026R0012) for design-build and design-bid-build new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair projects for large general, industrial, and waterfront construction at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (Kittery, ME) and Naval Station Norfolk Shipyard (Portsmouth, VA) in support of SIOP.
