In our last proposal to Navsea we requested a Debriefing and during that debriefing it brought to our attention That my Contract experiences were not accepted because we were a subcontractor, not listed as the prime contractor And we explained that the Navy awards the multibillion dollar contract to the weapons systems (Lockheed) but we are the prime General contractor and only contractors on the project. At that time During the Debriefing, they said that I should have asked at solicitation for acceptance as being listed as a subcontractor Only on these larger Navy Contracts that we are the only contractor performing the construction on a larger Weapons multi Millon dollar projects. With all that being said could you let me know the procedure to apply for this acceptance
Per the RFP: "Subcontractor experience will not be considered. Additionally, experience of the offeror while performing as a subcontractor will not be considered."
