About this file
This document is an Amendment 0001 providing updated site visit instructions for a Navy contract opportunity. Code 105 security will issue escort-required badges on-site at Building 77H, eliminating the need for visitors to go to Building 29. All site visit attendees must bring a REAL ID compliant identification and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, safety shoes, and high-visibility vests. The site visit is for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project for Energy Campus Infrastructure at the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex, with specific security and safety protocols in place to manage the large number of interested attendees.
The accompanying aerial image shows the project site, bounded by a yellow perimeter line, featuring multiple industrial buildings including Buildings 764, 771, 435, and 487, with proximity to a waterfront area. The site appears to be an active industrial/construction location with various structures, parking areas, and surrounding vegetation, consistent with the Navy Yard Annex context mentioned in the contract opportunity description.

Text version
All – Due to the high number of interested site visit attendees, please see the modified site visit instructions below. Please note that real ID or equivalent is required to enter inside the fenceline. Please pass this info along to other interested site attendees.
Code 105 security will be supporting issuing escort‐required badges on the spot at Bldg 77H’s site visit location (i.e. visitors don’t need to go to Bldg 29 and can report directly to the location of the site visit).
Any visitor requesting an escort‐required badge to enter the perimeter fence or Bldg 77H will need to bring REAL ID compliant ID (see below URLs for acceptable forms of ID). Visitors should all bring PPE given it is an active construction site (hard hats, safety glasses and shoes, and high vis vest).
