About this file
This solicitation seeks proposals for the execution of the USS MUSTIN (DDG 89) FY21 Depot Maintenance Period and USS SAN DIEGO (LPD 22) FY21 Docking Selected Restricted Availability. Offerors must have substantial facilities, including a capable pier for the applicable ship class, as well as resources to complete maintenance, modernization, and repair. The availabilities will be competed on a coast-wide basis and are not set aside for small business. Interested parties must register in SAM and monitor beta.SAM.gov for release of the solicitation and amendments. Key attachments will be posted to beta.SAM.gov with restricted access and offerors must coordinate with points of contact to obtain additional documents. The Government anticipates a single award by May 2021 for work beginning in September 2021, with completion dates of July 2023 for USS MUSTIN and December 2022 for USS SAN DIEGO. The Naval Sea Systems Command seeks these services for maintenance and repair of naval vessels.
