CLIN Price Additional Information
Each CLIN will be negotiated at CO or TO or WO. After a CLIN price is negotiated, it will be come a Not To Exceed Fixed Unit Price (FUP) at the rate defined by CLIN.
The CLIN structure has two components 1) The CLIN number referenced in the PWS. Each piece of work has a CLIN number referenced. These PWS CLIN reference numbers appear in the column identified as “CLINS referenced in the PWS.” There are also 5 columns identified as “Base Year CLINs in PRISM” and “Option Year n CLINs in PRISM” these are the CLINs that are incorporated in the PRISM system. When submitting an invoice the contractor shall provide FEMA with both the PWS reference CLIN and the Base or Option Year CLIN.
