Integrated components enable engagement sequences that make optimal use of available BMDS capabilities.

This is what a defense of our homeland might look like if an ICBM were to be launched from Asia toward the US.

You can follow the detection, tracking, verification and intercept stages.

The individual components of the BMD System are range and horizon limited, but the threat is global, so the C2BMC connections have to be accurate and reliable, with the right data passed off to the right next component to complete the kill chain.
