About this file
This is a technical drawing/blueprint from Convergent Technology Partners for structured cabling work at Swartz Creek High School, specifically showing Unit F which includes the gymnasium area. The drawing details the placement of UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) cable locations, telecom cabinets, and bus-bar installations. The document specifies that all UTP cable must be ANSI/TIA Category 6A, with specific installation requirements including surface-mounted single-gang back boxes with white two-port faceplates, and proper placement relative to whiteboards at standard height.
The technical specifications include detailed requirements for cable installation, including concealment in contractor-provided raceway below ceiling, service loop requirements, white 8P/8C (RJ45) jack terminations, and grounding requirements for cabinets. The drawing shows layouts for various spaces including a gymnasium, lobby (room 705), boys' team room (716), boys' locker room (713), and girls' locker room (710). The document is dated January 24, 2025, with an earlier design date of December 17, 2024, and was created by Convergent Technology Partners located in Swartz Creek, MI.
