Date: 2/17/18

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
PROPOSED MIX DESIGNS
The following concrete mix designs are based on procedures suggested in ACI 211 (American Concrete Institute).
Ingram Enterprises, L. P. can not control the testing, placement, or end use of this product; therefore, all warranties are void if concrete is not tested and placed in compliance with all applicable ASTM Standards and job specifications.
DESIGN VERIFICATION DATA
Enclosed in this submittal package you will find design verification data. A 5 point cement content curve was created from the data which complies with ACI 318R-39 recommendations. According to ACI 318R-39, concrete strength may be interpolated from these curves.
TEST REPORTS
In accordance with ASTM C 94, section 14, paragraph 14.4, which states, ”When the strength of concrete is used as a basis of acceptance, the manufacturer shall be entitled to copies of all test reports.”, we request that Ingram Enterprises, L. P. receive copies of any test reports pertaining to our products delivered to your project. This is not only beneficial for future projects, but, also to detect any foreseeable problems that could occur during your project.
Please notify the testing lab of our address for distribution.

ORDERING CONCRETE
When placing an order with our Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager, please inform them of the design number, mix description, concrete application, yardage, and any other pertinent information. This will help avoid any confusion on what design is delivered to your project. As you know, most projects specify the use of more than one concrete design and some are very similar, yet different, designs (ex. 3000 psi with 4% air for exterior placement and 3000 psi without air for slab on grade).
ADDED PRODUCTS (fibers, chemical additives, etc.)
All additional products to be added to the concrete, such as, superplasticizer, ice, integral color, etc., are the responsibility of the contractor unless a prior agreement has been made with Ingram Enterprises, L. P. When fibers and/or a retarding admixture are ordered, they will be added at the plant during the batching process. Allow a minimum of 10 to 14 working days prior to use when ordering any extra products. Typically, these products are not kept in stock and must be shipped to our facilities or your jobsite via common carrier. When using a superplasticizer, please contact us for assistance in training your personnel on the dosage amounts and procedures. We also have portable chemical dispensing equipment, when available, for use on larger projects.
Your cooperation and business is greatly appreciated.
