This is a Synopsis for Anticipated Orders dated February 17, 2026, issued by the 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, California, under the Travis AFB MACC BOA solicitation (FA442725R0016). The synopsis identifies two upcoming construction projects anticipated for award under Pool 1 (Minor Non-Complex Construction) of the Blanket Purchase Agreement, each with a magnitude range of $25,000 to $100,000.

The first project, B381 Room 510A Server Room AC Split Replacement Phase 2, requires the contractor to remove and replace an existing 3-ton DX CRAC unit assembly with a new 3-ton mini-split AC unit at Building 381. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items while complying with Federal, State, and Local Code requirements, the National Electrical Code (NEC), ASHRAE heating, ventilation, and air conditioning standards, OSHA, NFPA, and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) standards. The second project, B4 Sewer & Manhole Relining, requires trenchless sewer line rehabilitation using Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining and structural manhole lining at Building 4. This project similarly requires full contractor responsibility for labor, equipment, materials, and supervision while complying with the National Standard Plumbing Code (NSPC), ASTM F1216 standards for pipeline rehabilitation, and applicable OSHA, NFPA, and UFC codes. The contracting officer for both projects is listed as TBD, with 2nd Lt Phillip Manwaring designated as the point of contact (phillip.manwaring@us.af.mil, DSN: 424-7769). This synopsis does not guarantee that the government will award these projects.
