About this file

This document is a Synopsis for Anticipated Orders from the 60 CONS Contracting Office at Travis Air Force Base, dated 31 Dec 2025, detailing three separate carpet removal and interior painting projects across different buildings. The projects include: Building 1353 (magnitude range $325,000-$500,000) involving removal and replacement of approximately 20,000 square feet of flooring, 7,500 square feet of cove base, and painting 60,000 square feet of interior spaces; Building 1 (magnitude range $75,000-$175,000) with similar but smaller scope of 3,500 square feet of flooring, 1,200 square feet of cove base, and 9,000 square feet of interior painting; and Building 859 (magnitude range $25,000-$100,000) with flooring replacement and interior painting.

All projects are located at Travis Air Force Base, California, and require contractors to provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision while complying with multiple federal, state, and local codes including NSPC, NEC, ASHRAE, OSHA, NFPA, and UFC standards. The point of contact for all three projects is 2nd Lt Phillip Manwaring, and the Contracting Officer is currently to be determined (TBD). The synopsis suggests these are planned maintenance and renovation projects for military facilities, with each building having a different scale of work and corresponding budget range.
