Assumptions:
The 2” force main downstream of the existing lift station has sufficient capacity and discharges to a gravity system for treatment.
The 2” force main downstream of the existing lift station does not need to be replaced or upgraded. No
Design or layout for the downstream portion of the 2” force main is included in this proposal.
That the current electrical service has sufficient capacity to power the start-up of the lift station pump system.
The Client (FDEP) is aware that with the increased flow, the capacity of the 2” force main downstream of the lift station may be inadequate and the new lift station pumps will cycle longer and the wet well will be full for longer durations of time during peak season.
