About this file

The document is a Standard Form 25A Payment Bond, a legal instrument used to protect persons supplying labor and materials for a federal contract. This specific bond template provides a framework for a principal (contractor) and surety(ies) to guarantee payment to workers and suppliers involved in a federal project, with spaces to document the principal's details, surety information, penal sum, and execution date.

The related federal contract opportunity is for designing and building a new Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD) in Ogden, Utah, solicited by the Federal Aviation Administration's Southwestern Region. The solicitation (Number 697DCK-25-R-00437) requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, insurance, permits, and licenses to complete the project. Notably, the contract is contingent on a favorable NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) review, and interested offerors must contact specific FAA representatives to access detailed project documentation.
