About this file
This is an Administrative Requirements Response Form for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for the Driver's License Digital Experience Platform (DXP) project, identified as RFP ISD26-3629. The form requires bidders to indicate their agreement and compliance with mandatory administrative requirements by responding "Yes" or "No" to each specified section. Bidders must affirmatively agree to all listed requirements, including prequalification requirements, ability to perform, primary bidder status, subcontractor provisions, amendment procedures, financial responsibility information, general provisions, statement of work, insurance coverage, productive use requirements, and socioeconomic programs. Failure to answer "Yes" to any mandatory requirement will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive and subject to proposal rejection.
The form does not contain pricing information, set-asides, incumbent details, funding amounts, or contract term specifics. Instead, it serves as a compliance checklist that bidders must complete as part of their proposal submission process. This attachment is one of five required forms and represents an administrative screening mechanism to ensure all bidders meet baseline contractual and operational requirements before their proposals are evaluated on technical or financial merit.
