Standard Form 330 - Architect-Engineer Qualifications
This is an instruction document and blank template form used by federal agencies to collect professional qualification information from architect-engineer (A-E) firms bidding on federal contracts. The form is prescribed by the General Services Administration under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and implements the Selection of Architects and Engineers statute (40 U.S.C. Chapter 11).
The form comprises two main parts. Part I captures contract-specific qualifications including contract information, the A-E point of contact, the proposed team composition and organizational structure, resumes of key personnel with years of experience and professional registrations, up to five relevant past projects demonstrating capability, and example projects that best illustrate the team's qualifications for the specific contract. Part II documents general firm qualifications for firms with multiple branch offices, including solicitation number, firm name and location, year established, ownership structure, small business status, employee count by discipline, and annual professional services revenues for the preceding five years. The form requires identification of all team members and subcontractors, with detailed project experience and personnel participation matrices. An authorized representative must sign the completed form attesting that information provided is current and factual. The instructions include extensive discipline codes and experience category codes to standardize qualification submissions across federal agencies.
