About this file
This is a notional work plan spreadsheet for the Yuma, Arizona and El Centro, California Sectors Technical Infrastructure (TI) Maintenance Solicitation. The document serves as a template or planning tool outlining the scope of work and resource allocation for maintaining border infrastructure across both sectors. The work plan appears to organize maintenance activities by category—including roads and bridges (boat ramps and floating boat slips), fence and gates (concertina/razor wire), vegetation control and debris removal, border lighting and electrical systems, drainage and grate systems, tunnel remediation, and TI attributes such as cameras, shelters, and generators. The spreadsheet likely details labor hours, material requirements, equipment needs, and cost estimates associated with each maintenance category to support proposal development and project execution.
This notional work plan is intended for vendors that have attended the mandatory site visits conducted on January 26-27, 2026, at both Yuma and El Centro locations. Only contractors who participated in these site visits are eligible to proceed with the proposal submission process. Vendors must submit their questions and questionnaires in accordance with solicitation amendments and provided instructions. The work plan serves as a baseline reference document to help bidders understand the technical scope, resource requirements, and logistical considerations necessary to develop compliant and competitive proposals for this Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection (CBP) maintenance contract.
