About this file
This is a Contractor Notional Work Plan for maintenance services in the Yuma, Arizona and El Centro, California sectors under a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) solicitation (20154783). The plan outlines six primary maintenance tasks to be performed across two geographic sectors during FY26, with work organized into multiple cost line items (CLINs).
The notional work plan encompasses the following task categories: (1) ELC IBR Vegetation and Debris Removal—quarterly vegetation control over 21 miles including mowing, vine removal (50 tons), and routine inspections for repairs; (2) Alamo vegetation control and debris removal over 12 acres with rough terrain considerations and 50 tons of debris hauling, performed outside migratory bird nesting season; (3) Blowouts/erosion road maintenance on TI and FC-3 roads in El Centro including grading, compacting, and filling potholes with 300 tons of native material across 2 miles; (4) Mount Signal TI Roads maintenance over approximately 4 miles involving grading, compacting in lifts not exceeding 4 inches, and potholes/washboarding removal; (5) New River Gate Maintenance—inspection and servicing of six pulley gate panels including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical component checks plus 50 tons of debris removal and transport; and (6) C1 Sand Dunes border road maintenance in Buttercup Sand Dunes, Yuma involving clearing sand in a 20-foot swath for safe vehicle traffic with 500 tons of sand relocation. Each task includes detailed work estimate forms with line items for labor, travel, equipment, materials, mobilization/demobilization, and other costs, with specific GPS coordinates provided for all locations.
