About this file
This is a Corporate Interview Questionnaire for the Yuma, Arizona and El Centro, California Sectors-TI Maintenance Solicitation (Solicitation Number 20154783) issued by the Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection. The questionnaire requires offerors to address five primary evaluation areas during corporate interviews.
Offerors must demonstrate past performance on similar maintenance projects completed within the past eight years, including lessons learned and innovations that improved execution. They must detail their organizational structure, management approach, and key personnel qualifications for executing the RFP requirements. Offerors must specify their capability and intent to self-perform work across multiple categories: roads and bridges (including boat ramps and floating boat slips); fences and gates (including concertina wire); vegetation control and debris removal; border lighting and electrical systems; drainage and grate system clearing and repair; tunnel remediation; TI attributes (shelters and generators); and camera systems. Additionally, offerors must describe their quality control and safety programs and identify potential risks to both the Government and the Offeror in undertaking the maintenance requirements, along with proposed mitigation strategies for success. Only vendors that attended mandatory site visits on January 26-27, 2026 in both Yuma and El Centro are eligible to submit responses to this questionnaire and proceed in the proposal process.
