The solicitation was posted on March 19, 2025, with proposals due by April 9, 2025, allowing interested contractors approximately three weeks to prepare and submit their responses. The contract seeks to establish comprehensive pest management services covering ADES facilities statewide, with vendors required to demonstrate expertise in commercial pest control, including management of various pest types common to Arizona's diverse environments. Qualified vendors must provide detailed service proposals outlining their methodological approach, specific treatment protocols, frequency of service, reporting mechanisms, and comprehensive pest management strategies tailored to institutional settings.

Contractors should be prepared to demonstrate current licensing, insurance compliance with Arizona state regulations for pest control services, and documented experience with government or educational facility pest management. The procurement appears open to qualified commercial pest control providers with demonstrated experience in large-scale institutional environments, and respondents should anticipate potential requirements for background checks and references from similar institutional clients. While specific budget ranges are not detailed in the provided information, similar state contracts for comprehensive facility pest control services typically range from $50,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on the number and size of facilities covered.
