This document pertains to a Pest Control Services solicitation issued by the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) for facilities statewide. The procurement seeks to establish comprehensive pest management services covering eligible ADES facilities throughout Arizona, with a focus on pest prevention, treatment, and ongoing maintenance across the state's diverse environments. The solicitation was posted on March 19, 2025, with proposals due by April 9, 2025, allowing interested contractors approximately three weeks for preparation and submission. Qualified vendors must provide detailed service proposals outlining their methodological approach to pest control, including specific treatment protocols, service frequency, reporting mechanisms, and comprehensive pest management strategies tailored to institutional settings. The contract term and any renewal options were not specified in the available documentation.

Interested contractors must demonstrate expertise in commercial pest control for large-scale institutional environments and be prepared to provide proof of current Arizona state licensing, comprehensive insurance coverage, and documented experience with government or educational facility pest management. Background checks and references from similar institutional clients will likely be required. While specific budget allocations are not detailed in the solicitation documents, similar state contracts for comprehensive facility pest control services typically range from $50,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on the number and size of facilities covered. The contract appears designed to be open to qualified commercial pest control providers without explicit set-aside designations mentioned. Vendors should be prepared to demonstrate full compliance with Arizona state regulations for pest control services and provide detailed service methodologies specific to Arizona's unique environmental conditions.
