About this file

This document provides details regarding a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the operation and maintenance of the Hawthorne Army Depot for fiscal years 2021 through 2030. The RFP seeks proposals for operating and maintaining the Hawthorne Army Depot facility located in Hawthorne, Nevada as a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated site. In addition to facility operations and maintenance, the selected contractor will also be required to provide base support services such as safety, security, and demilitarization activities. Proposals will be evaluated using a best value subjective tradeoff process to award a firm-fixed price contract consisting of a base period and five one-year ordering periods, a three-year evaluated option with one-year ordering periods, and a two-year evaluated option with one-year ordering periods. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by January 6, 2020 and Industry Day events will be held on January 14-15, 2020.
