First, Section 2.2 states that multiple wastestreams must be separated into different SAAs. The Building 110-66 SAA had 2 wastes, the mercury contaminated HW and the spent aerosols. Were separate SAAs established for these wastes? Second, the finding details also state that neither the SAA in Building 110-66 or Building 110-66A were documented on Form SOC 732 HWAD Waste Stream Profile or included in the HWAD Waste Stream Profile database, which the HWMP says is a requirement. Have these two SAA been added to the database? Also note that the finding details mention 12 drums of mercury-contaminated waste at an SAA. Although there's no picture attached to the finding, based on the description, the 55-gallon SAA limit has clearly been exceeded at that location. Were the excess drums moved to a 90-day or permitted storage area until disposal?Finding has been closed in WEBCASS by HWAD personnel; however, the comments from October 2018 have not been addressed.
