About this file
This is a price increase attachment document for Solicitation No. BPM007111, issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for Vehicle Glass Replacement, Repair, Tinting and Accessories services. The solicitation establishes a statewide contract available to all Arizona state departments, agencies, boards, universities, political subdivisions, and eligible nonprofit educational or public health institutions. The initial contract term is twelve months with potential renewal options extending up to forty-eight months total. The solicitation requires vendors to demonstrate compliance with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standards Council (ARGSS) standards, maintain appropriate insurance coverage including commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and support multiple order processing methods including electronic, P-Card, hard copy, and phone orders. The proposal deadline is October 17, 2025, with offers remaining valid for 120 days.
The price increase attachment requires offerors to specify maximum price increase percentages for each of the four potential renewal periods, with increases calculated cumulatively against the original contract price rather than compounded annually. As demonstrated in the provided example, an offeror requesting a 2% increase per renewal period would enter 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% respectively for renewal periods one through four. The document emphasizes that the State of Arizona does not automatically grant any requested increase; vendors must provide documentation of need at the time of renewal. An administrative fee of 1.5% will be charged on contract sales, increasing to 2% on January 1, 2025, and contractors must submit quarterly usage reports.
