About this file
This is a price increase attachment document for Solicitation No. BPM007111, issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a statewide Vehicle Glass Replacement, Repair, Tinting and Accessories contract. The contract has an initial term of twelve months with potential renewal periods extending to forty-eight months total. The solicitation deadline is October 17, 2025, with offers required to remain valid for 120 days. The contract will serve all Arizona state departments, agencies, boards, universities, political subdivisions, and eligible nonprofit educational or public health institutions.
The document establishes maximum allowable price increase percentages for each renewal period: 2% for the first renewal, 4% for the second renewal, 6% for the third renewal, and 8% for the fourth renewal. Importantly, each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price rather than compounded annually, and offerers must document the need for any requested increase at the time of renewal. The State of Arizona does not automatically grant price increases; all increases require justification. If offerers do not specify price increase percentages, prices will remain unchanged from the original contract term. Additionally, contractors are subject to an administrative fee of 1.5% on contract sales, increasing to 2% on January 1, 2025, and must submit quarterly usage reports.
